An expert in sustainable practices and tax policies, University of
Oregon Law Professor Nancy Shurtz will provide an overview of green
commercial and residential buildings in Portland, both new construction
and retrofits. She will also discuss ongoing green practices within
buildings and tax policy favoring green construction.
